When I decided to sell my home, the first hurdle I had to overcome was my asking price. My wife and I had over built our dream home compared to the other homes in the area. After interviewing some of the top Agents in Orange Co. I was frustrated and depressed. Without exception they all thought the home was great - something one would find in Newport Beach for 7 figures but not in Tustin. That would be wrong---the maze of paper work, contracts, inspections and all the other things that must be completed properly by your agent and the buyers agent is absolutely overwhelming.
